Carolina is a journalist who graduated from Santiago of Cali University in 2003 in Colombia, South America. During her time in her hometown, she worked as reporter and news-writer for a local newspaper, where she developed a great passion for helping people and finding solutions to many different problems.

In 2009, she moved to Canada to explore new opportunities and started her career in the transportation industry, serving in a variety of roles including bookkeeping, customer service, payroll, office management and HR. In 2013, Carolina completed a Human Resources Management Certificate at the University of Calgary.

Always fascinated about real estate, Carolina has attended a variety of different courses and seminars helping her to start her journey. She currently continues with her education while enrolled in professional Real Estate Academies in Canada.

As an immigrant herself, Carolina recognizes the challenges newcomers face in establishing credit and being able to buy or rent a home. This serves as one of the reasons why she feels so passionate about the Rent-to-Own program that provides individuals and families the chance of achieving their dream of home ownership.
