Oscar is a Professional Industrial Engineer in  Alberta and graduated from the Bolivarian Pontifical University in Colombia, South America in 2004. He immigrated to Canada in 2009 and since then he has been a major component in large construction projects in the Oil and Gas Industry. During these years, he completed his Professional Engineering and Project Management Professional – PMP® designations in Canada and he has fulfilled the role of Sr. Project Controls Specialist at multinational companies.

A few years back, Oscar found a passion for Real Estate and with his wife Carolina, started growing their portfolio of residential rental properties in Calgary, Alberta. In 2023 they founded ORCCA Properties Corp; a business dedicated to providing remarkable living solutions for the community and assisting families achieve homeownership with the Rent-to-Own program.

Oscar understands and promotes the importance of education and learning. He is part of a series of networking teams with highly educated and experienced investors and mentors. He is currently enrolled within top Real Estate Academies, serving to better develop his knowledge and find creative ways to help the community.
